A little about me
I've been in the trenches, too.
I'm Jaime Dillon—a nonprofit leader, fundraiser, consultant, teacher, and lifelong believer in people showing up for people.
My work has spanned grant writing, donor development, nonprofit leadership, community programs, advocacy, training, and the unglamorous systems that make a mission possible. I've worked alongside boards, volunteers, staff, and leaders trying to stretch every dollar.
