About Jaime
Meet Jaime Dillon
You've got a mission to move forward—and a lot of responsibility on your shoulders. Noble Nonprofits was created to make experienced fundraising guidance more accessible to leaders who are doing the work with small teams and limited time.
Jaime Dillon brings more than 30 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, leadership, grant development, corporate sponsorships, donor relationships, and community-based programs. She's worked on both the funding side and the operational side of nonprofits, so the advice here comes from real experience, not just theory.
From fundraising plans to frontline programs
Today, Jaime serves part-time as Executive Director of Journey Community Outreach, with primary responsibility for the Plumley Village Food Pantry in Worcester, Massachusetts. The pantry serves more than 500 individuals from Plumley Village Apartments and surrounding neighborhoods. Jaime also serves on the City of Worcester's Community Development Advisory Committee.

Why Noble exists
After decades of fundraising and nonprofit leadership, Jaime's focus is on turning hard-won experience into affordable courses, clear explanations, and resources you can actually use. Noble covers practical fundraising strategy and development, with experience in nonprofit startup support, 501(c)(3) establishment, and organizational strategic planning.
You don't need more jargon or another unrealistic to-do list. You need a way to strengthen your skills, make sound decisions, and keep your attention on the mission.
